Hello GYE members,

I'm not new to recovery but I'm new to this site/forum.

I'm more than 90 days sober now and am trying to work on changing old habits that have plagued me for the longest time. One being isolation, ability to give and receive from others, jealousy, resentment, the list goes on..

Welcome! Reaching out is incredibly important and you've taken a big step in that direction. We all have thoughts and feelings that seem to haunt us. Having a warm and accepting group here is tremendously rewarding. It's amazing that you've reached 90 days! Maybe tell us more about yourself.

put your sobriety first; before your wife, before your kids, before your avodas HaTorah (except for the 3 that are יעבור ואל יהרג) Without sobriety you won't have any of those things!
