Does anyone ever experience the leaking of zera due to extreme anxiety? Is this included in the issur of zera levatala? I know for myself that it is a complete Ones. It happens sometimes during test taking and is not accompanied by any thoughts or even kishui.

Not an issue. It's not uncommon and happens to people when playing sports. Just maybe keep an eye on how much is coming out, but it's probably not an issue physically or spiritualy

there is a tumah called zav which u have to go 2 the mikveh for, its a different emission though, i dont know the halachos of it, u might wanna check it out though.

But he's describing zera, which is a different tuma which Hillel was mesaken tha we don't need to toivel for anymore. Zav is a different emission of sorts which isn't common these days
