we are speakin' from our own experiences, and many of us have heard what works for others as well.

to some, your method might work.
to others, it hasn't.

You are correct; it is much easier to change when you're on a high....clean for 60 days, but who says that will happen? What is the history? Many of us have come to the realization that the lustin' is not the problem; it is what we do for a solution. What is the underlyin' issue here? That is why some of us read the whitebook. Others go to SA meetin's. Others go to specialists. Some (like me) did all of that. Others have partners and call in to conferences. We need to reach out, open up and effect real change.
