Explain "sudden" please.
what do you do when it is not so sudden?
Have you ever been able to control yourself (so to speak) when any type of desire popped up?
Was there a trigger to the desire?

Call another GYE or SA member.

Not only will that help deal with these moments, but it will probably do wonders for your social anxiety too. Nowhere else will you find people who understand you and won't judge you at all, in any way. No need to feel self-conscious around people like that.
