Welcome to the beginning of the end (hopefully)!!!

The way the Forum works is quite simple, the idea is for us, the gye community, to share struggles, chizzuk, ideas, etc. with each other.

Start with letting us know about your personal struggle, what you have tried, what has worked. Keep a log of your progress (in this thread), it will help in the future.

There is also the chat feature, it can help with real time comunication.

Find your way around, many people are overwhelmed in the beginning.

We are all in the same boat (and it's quite an exciting crew)!!

Welcome shmuel21! You are in the right place. It is full of warm caring people who suffer from the same problem. We are all in the same boat. Start posting and sharing.

I'm sure you have a story longer than the 2 lines you wrote. Why not share it in the "introduce yourself" section here guardyoureyes.com/forum/19-Introduce-Yourself . Click "new topic" and post away.

Have you read the GYE handbook? There is a lot of good reading material here guardyoureyes.com/ebooks .
