I'm feeling really down, i wasted approx 1.5 weeks at work, surfing the web and other shtusim-

i didn't really fall, but there where a lot of sort of slipping situations -

any hoo i have redeclared my internet strike effctive today, I hope to do better,

the real problem is that i'm feeling frustrated @ work and procastinating on a lot of important things which causes an anxiety buildup

And u have not been posting so much all that time, I presume...and clean all that time! To me that means that for some people, frequent posting about the problem is really a bad idea and they will do better posting only a little and getting busier with real life. (While for some people, of course, posting a lot is absolutely essential.)

Today is the fist day of the rest of my life!

I was pretty down for the last month and a half with at least three real falls as well as searching for inappropriate content on image search... i don't know what clicked but I under took a 2 day internet strike (meaning non work related) with high stakes... I gave my Buddy $360 on deposit... i told him the basic guidelines if i go on a non workrelated website (also excluding GYE) tha cash goes straight to r' Meir hopefully this jolt'll pull me out of my rut..
