I find that fast days are difficult, it removes your energy to want to do anything good...
Thank you Hashem for getting me through.

I am currently in the midst of a 2 week program...
Limited websites...
No looking at you know where
no HZ"L
and no going into the mik with my glasses on.

Baruch hashem the first 3 days have passed without incident.
(and no TV shows since friday)

I feel for you and wish you the best. But don't forget your real Boss in Shomayim. He took care of you on a daily basis since you were born, even when you thought you're managing on your own. So nothing really changed. You just gotta do your hishtadlus, and He will provide for you as He provides for all His creatures.
