Alex,

I wish I read your post last night :'( Afetr an unusual turn of events I was left alone with the computer and I wasnt able to stop from there. this doesnt usually happen as my wife is quite strict with me using it alone but I feel like suich a loser and in elul! I need to read the handbook everyday but I always forget. there is improvement though, there really is, its small but i Have better smiras einayim when out and dont relapse straight away B"AH.

Feeling pretty low actually, like I really let myself down.

Jew	im back on it! again didnt relapse. I just got top stay away when im alone no matter how many passwords I need to get onto it. Thanks guys. I cant carry on without you. Loving the trucks! I'm back on the road.
