It's not the חיצוניות of the shul that counts.
It's the לחיים they give after davening -- the 'spirit'...

Seeing this thread at the top made me go back to read your story on page 1, and some of the initial answers. (But no, I did not read all 37 pages...).

All I can say is kol hakavod. I may not have the same specific struggle that you have, with ssa, but lust is lust, and it's the same struggle. I applaud you for rejecting the label. The secular world is really horrible when it comes to this issue, and I applaud you for rejecting all the lies they try to feed you.

I know that gissen blei helps against Ayin hora (evil eye). I wonder if it also helps against bad sights (histaklus asuros). Maybe if it is poured directly into the eyes (Chas vechalila!).

Now I understand why I got a thanks for the bump. And MT, I wasn't in your shul yesterday, but I WAS in your city, problem is it's a huge city and I was at the other side. I will iy"h be there again today, not sure when though.

This time I didn't get to say Hallel. Instead I said Slichos. Hmmm...

The truth is, today is a day just like every other.
