I fell yesterday.

Recently i found a couple of gaping holes in my filters. For a while i've been occasionally tiptoeing around the edge, leaning over the railings, peering curiously into the void. Yesterday I was weak, and i jumped in... and discovered that the pit was much deeper than i thought. B"H I did not do anything physical. I actually didn't even get aroused but i was just trapped in sick fascination like a zombie, clicking.... more... more... fogging up my brain while the voice of sanity futilely whispered at me to stop. But once i started I was helpless as if some unseen force was shoving me into the screen. The drug...

Now i'm just numb again.

I'm not sure the holes can be closed but i'll see what i can do. And maybe i'll need to make a knas for myself if i cant stay away from the edge.

OK enough whining. Today is day 1, so far.

You are an inspiration to me for having gotten past 90 days.

The kedusha you created is still there, even though it is hard to feel it now.

Think of Vilna, and all the great Torah that was learned there. Now, it is a virtual wasteland. But the kedusha of those years lives on...

Far be it from me (7-day warrior) to suggest - but you may want to work on ways of distancing yourself from the machine, especially at vulnerable times, so you will not go near the edge.
