Tzaddik 90 goes to Mitzpe Rimon for one day and already we have trashed his serious thread. What should we do when he comes back?

when he gets back we should have a blackberry ices party. with poetry readings. and denture cleaning demos.

redecorating his serious thread is probably the biggest gift we could give him

just resting, ie. learning how to rest brain...

worked myself too hard, esp. bein hazmanim, lots of time i had to "recover"

do i bring ten books with me to yeshiva to learn when my "talmidim" don't show up and im left with lots of time to destroy myself? do i bring two books and get bored stiff after enuff time from them?

the answer must be neither-rather, bring a few books you like, already make sure it's not too many,
then enjoy and rest as you read each one.
if resting means at that moment to close it, close it
if resting then means open a diff. one for a few minutes, then that's resting

today, tried not to try so much. experienced insanity half the day, but trudged ahead in the muck
somewhere, somehow, at some unknown point, without me even realizing, i was given sanity again, like the good old days, by  my higher powwer (Hashem)

i did the 2nd step today a few times, really made me feel good to believe my God could help me feel better if he wants to, felt so good,
steipler told people with insanity to do this step, i mentioned it in insanity kuntress, in my pre-12 step tekufah

i have to focus a bit how God loves me, i know he loves you to but that'll distract me

yesod is, in order to do teshuva, most people cant just change and do teshuva, it wont work. they are not holding there and cant do it. cant (i liked this part). cant cant.
so what do you do? he brings medrash that says-do mitzvos, learn, jump into it....THEN you can get a rythm and begin to improve your ma'asim and THEN you can finally do tshuva, i mean recover....
