Those triggers/problems may be legitimate, yet at the core there will always be the issue itself.

Many people have the assumption that they have these desires and falls due to stress, shalom bayis, loneliness. Once they resolve these problems the struggle will cease. Oh how wrong and painful this approach is.

A relative of mine spent thousands of dollars towards therapists to help him deal with A, B, C, D, E, F.... until he realized that at the core there will always be the issue itself.
