Hi all;

I am suffering for about 20 years looking at pictures and masturbating. I recently changed jobs to a very frum office. They have a filter but still if you do a Google search you can see any pictures a bit blurry. I am dead embarresed to tell the owner. Any ideas please advise??

1) is the computer in a place that no one can see?
2) are you ever there alone?
3) think about what would happen if they bring someone in the fix something and for whatever reason he gets to see your full browsing history (even if it’s deleted in your browser there might be logs somewhere on the network). Would that help you not give in to the urge?
4) am I not mistaken that having strong filters is very accepted these days? Find out which filters would do a better job and bring it up just like you might bring up asking for an accommodation for any other mitzvah (IDK, let’s say your boss wasn’t Jewish and you need to explain that you need to leave for mincha)

At my office we only have a "unsafe website blocker" but you could do anything on it and i used to, after starting gye and much deliberation with some guys here i emailed my boss something about my son's cheider asking which filter we have in the office but he didnt got the Remez, so i installed some extensions to block the sites i was falling, but its still a very slippery rope, i can in one second see anything my heart desires, i daven to hashem to save me,
B"H i work in a very kosher male only office, most people here only have flip phones, and i got an other offer for triple the money but there is zero bounderies between men and woman, they sit in one room next to each other shmuzing and laughing around, i'm much better of at my place where i'm now.

I have my own cubicle. There are people passing by. I am at work sometimes after most people leave. 
I have OCD so this makes matters worse, as my brain gets stuck on this. I am seeing someone for this. IYH i am working to rewire by brain. 
does someone think a mentor also would help???

Hi Joe, maybe you can ask your IT guy (is he frum too?) to set you up with a custom filtering profile on your computer.
