Been off for a long time. Trying to help myself again so I'm back at GYE. But there doesn't seem to be any recent posts - is anyone here?

Ok phew. Idk just the recent boards seem kinda empty.

Also thats why I'm here! No eating, nothing to do - come to GYE.

I'm back after a long period of falling and ignoring it. Any general advice would be really appreciated!
