I have learned from experience how important it is to kill the lust as soon as it arises, and not to wait until it develops into a fall.

I recently came across this saying concerning temptation and lust.

Don't try to stop the process near the end; stop it near the beginning. people are tempted when they are carried away and enticed by their own lusts.
“When lust has conceived, it gives birth to sin." You must stop it at the point of conception!
Don’t wait to try to stop it at the point of birth. You want to stop it at conception, not after it has been conceived and run through a period of pregnancy (if you will) and is about to give birth to the sin. You don't try to stop it at that point. You resist and oppose the first risings of the flesh and it's pleasures, immediately upon, or as close as possible to conception.

Once you start down the rabbit hole, it is so hard to get out of it. Last week I fed my lust so bad, that it took me 2 to 3 days to get back under control. Better has I done nothing in the first place.

that's why it's important to have personal connections with the fellows, for when someone goes into hibernation, we have his info that were able to attempt wakin' him from his slumber.
