Reaching out to others for help when I'm struggling is something I need to do a btter job of. (Duvid Chaim has talked about this a lot in the e-mails - calling someone and admitting what's going through your head goes a long way to deflating desire and the negative thoughts that come with it.)

I have a partner that I was placed with through GYE, but our schedules don't always match up and sometimes it's hard to reach him. I have seen participants in the forums offer their phone numbers to serve as a listening ear when others need help.

Can whoever those generous souls are please reach out to me? (I promise I won't talk your ear off.)
