I have a huge test tomorow and need to be on my A game. unfortanately I messed up big and fell.  I didnt even think about it I just gave up.  I'm ok with fasting, its what I said I would do but I cant do it tomorow.  what do I do?!
I didnt use the loshon of a neder, but I did say I would fast if I didnt read a perek of avos before falling.  I can make it up, and I didnt say when I would fast.  ugh.  I'm done.  I'm seriously done. but what to do now?

never mind I got a psak that I can move the fast.  I'm still done.  I dont want to do this anymore.  I dont want my drug, I dont need my drug, and I cant function with my drug.  I'm done.  I'm ready to be clean. BH.

so sorry that you fell. But remember all the valiant fighting you did before you went down. And all the days that you made it through clean. You have not lost them, and you can do it again. You know it, you've done it already. So say it loud and proud....
