Tough sitch TZ. I assume this is like some joint family bain hazmanim trip or something like that and prolly putting you in some really uncomfortable situations.. Are you able to express this to anyone there... Like to point out that it is incomfortable for you to be in a constant social setting with a single girl. Could anyone else that's there appreiciate why you feel this is inappropriate... Just wondering. Be strong!

for those who wanted to know [and went ahead and sent me pm, and for those who wanted to know but didn't send me pm] what SHE said last night:
SHE is my brother-in-law's sister which means [among other stuff] that we share a niece. remember when my sister asked me to take stuff off HER cam? she wanted me to do something on photoshop with a pic of my niece [i'm very talented too, lol].
so when i finally got off gye long enough to do it [and only cuz SHE took this computer] i made it, and it came out very nice, but then SHE was asked her opinion, and SHE started saying how she loooooooves it sooooo much and how it's "precious" and all those other stuff girls are known to say.
anyway i'm finally going to daven, keep the chizuk rolling

no i'm not at all  but she was away a whole day with our shared siblings and is still.
the fact that my mother jokingly asked why i didn't go along as another trip by the "dating couple" [we're chassidish so we don't do that] didn't make it any easier. and neither did the fact that in the same breath she told me that she is turning down ploini's shidduch suggestion for x reason, hey at least there's a reaason!
but as you can see my spirits are basically up and that's the main tool, also i coudn't fall asleep last night until 3 am and was out of bed by 8 so i'm practically falling asleep and i plan to go to sleep early tonight

and my parents are leaving tonight so hopefully tomorrow i'll get the gehinnom away from HER [i never forget to put that in caps, did i mention that i'm very talented].
anyway i now have a new pshat in the gemara. the gemara asks, matza oh motze? meaning, which verse is correct? the one that matza isha matza tov. or motze ani es haisha mar mimaves?
so i think it can be explained as follows, matza is past tense while motze is present tense, when its all past you, the whole shidduchim "parsha" and you're happily married, then its matza tov. but when its "motze" you're in the process of searching, then its mar mimaves!
