Can't watch the video? Just follow these steps:

1. On your computer, go to contacts.google.com/u/2/other
2. Select one contact (to do this hover one of the contacts, and click the checkbox that appears) 
3. Click the small blue arrow will appear on top of the list   and choose "all".
4. Click the 3 dots that show on top of the list  and choose export. Click the "export" button that appears in the dialog.
5. A file with your email list will now download to your computer.
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to upload the list anonymously.
