I haven't been in the groups. Am I allowed to give my opinion anyway?

Too bad, I'm giving it anyway.

I think the idea is that we do have the ability to get off the Lust train, but that the longer we stay on, the harder it becomes. Fact. So we need to get off as soon as possible, and not fool ourselves into thinking that it's just a little bit of harmless Lusting. It's not little, and it's not harmless, and I'm getting off this train right now, I'm not even waiting for the next stop! (cut view outside of train, window explodes outward in slow-motion, I hit the ground next to the tracks, and roll with the impact, coming to my feet slightly out of breath, but ready to move forward...)

i just had a 12 step moment.
last week ppl were supposed to fix our foundation to fix the basement floods but it was raining so we rescheduled for later. but today we had a super duper heavy rain and it flooded worse than ever and i started having tons and tons of RID and i felt the urge to act out. i called my brother in israel to ask him who to get the wet vacuum from and he asked me why i was upset (he heaqrd from my voice) he said that what happened happened, of course it will be annoying to clean it up, but i cant do anything about it and he told me to calm down.....it was mamash something from the prgram that he said. it was amazing!

anyone have anything to say about the foundation of our house being broken??? aspecially during the week of foundation during sefirah!
