According to some rishnim, talking to the wife is part of mitzvas onah (thats why a yoitza luderech can replace it with talking). So, next time, you got to talk and talk and talk, say a lshim yichim kidshu brich hi lkiyem mitzvas onah and thank hoshem for giving you a chance to do another mitzvah.

According to some rishonim, posting on the GYE forum is part of mitzvas 'le'olam yargiz adam yetzer tov al yetzer hara' (thats why a if you meet a GYE person you can replace it with talking). So, next time, you got to post and post and post, say a lshim yichim kidshu brich hi lkiyem mitzvas hargazas hayetzer and thank Hashem for giving you a chance to do another mitzvah.
