Thank you, 7Up for the kind words.

Dear Friends,

B'Ezras Hashem, Shemini Atzeres will be a special milestone in my recovery (500 days).  I am deeply grateful to the Ribbono Shel Olam and to the GYE Chevra for helping me get to this point.  At the same time, I recognize that the main thing is not to count days, but to make our days count, one day at a time.  Still, accumulating a good number of days serves as a great incentive to stay clean even when the going gets tough (Hashem should keep Nisyonos to a minimum for all of us, and always give us ample strength to get through them).

Wishing everyone a good Yom Tov and Shabbos!

Mazal tov!

By the way are you new to the site? Something about you seems familiar, I just can't put my finger on it.
