This morning is a challenge, sitting by my filtered work laptop I can’t (easily) access anything inappropriate but that’s irrelevant. I’m on my own, work is stressful, it’s so easy to escape. Setting a goal of 30 minutes to do nothing but work .

Day 16 (allowing for some flexibility with the definition of a fall).
So much stress from multiple sides.
I surrender it to God (I used to laugh at the guys who said that). I have no clue how the day will go, or the week, or in which direction the multiple sources of stress will resolve themselves.
