Around this time (day 21) the "high" of being clean fizzles out and guys start slipping.

But, I know from personal experience that slipping leads to worse slipping and then a fall, which leads to more falls.

So, tell yourself before it's too late, NO MORE SLIPS!

Tell yourself what you must not watch so that you don't slip, and don't watch it!

DAY 20 Tuesday Bishalach
Learning didn't go to well today, but I was very good in the other thing.
Went to Will's wedding, got a massive hisorerus.
I always do by upsherins, brissim, chuppas and levayos.
I'm able to clearly perceive what life means to me, and the garbage we allow ourselves to accept and believe all the time.
I really want to be good.
I really just want to be the jew H-shem put me here to become.
But as good a mood I can get myself to be in, as positive my thoughts, I'm still really confused all the time. Well almost all the time. Not by chuppas.
I get all caugt up in the tornado of life, and then once in a while I get a view of what's really happening all around me, and I say to myself "What are you getting confused for? It's so simple!"
But I guess that's the way H-shem wants it to be.
If we were supposed to have clear minds like our zaides, we would have them.
We are obviously here to accomplish different aspects of Klal Yisroel's job.
So then - let it be!!
I'm willing to work under whichever conditions H-shem wants me to.

You're lucky to have those moments of clarity - too often, they're few and far between. Enjoy them, use them, thank hashem for them!

DAY 21 Wed Bishalach
New Rosh Kollel decided to kick me out, nicely of course.
Get this, he wants my chavrusa to be open, in case another guy needs a chavrusa that day, (cause his didn't show or something), so I can't learn with him there.
Sheesh, I wasn't even interested in getting any money from him, I just want a place to learn for a few weeks.
Back to hibernation.
My old place is starting a new sugya soon, so maybe I'll hop along then, and just do chazara for a week or two by myself till they finish.
Wow those bus-rides were getting to me.
They literally started evoking feelings in me, which I haven't had since adolescence.
Oh man, I  hope I get in at least a good full month before I go home for pesach...
Oh, and I almost fell tonight.
Using up all my luck on stupid things...
I'd say "Tomorrow will be better", but it's 2:15...

Oh, man - I'm sorry! You put in effort, though, and you're doing what you need to do. Don't go back to hibernation, keep busy, accomplish!

Today will be better! Right now!
