Day 88 of being clean and sober.  Another day for MM.  I feel good today.  Not to happy about going a way on a business trip but what can you do?  G-d will get me through.  I have been really thinking about the idea of being an addict is like being allergic.  (I have very bad allergies.)  I totally agree with that concept more and more.  If I am lets say allergic to peanuts.  I don't eat them out of knowing what is going to happen if I do eat em.  This addiction is the same.  I know if I was to slip or fall it would be the same.  It is a wonderful way to discribe it.

Thank you G-d for a great day and thank you for my wife and family.  No slips or falls, non needed or wanted.

Day 89 of being clean and sober.  Thank you G-d for another wonderful day.  I am traveling today for business and won't be back to my house until very late tonight.  No slips or falls, non wanted or needed.  I survived a night in a hotel!!!  Also, and most importantly today, I am going to work and live.  I am really looking forward to what today brings.
