Wouldn't stopping all together feel even better? Go for the gold. no one tries to get a bronze medal. actually maybe they do, but the ones that actually get the bronze were trying for gold.

WEll i am back to level one Cant get one clean day . I am hanging in there reading and will continue to post and do better . All or nothing want to but not sure i want to or maybe not sure I can . Don't even know why i fell except I wanted to . Thaats my final diagnosis just wanted to .

yep i realize i won't whip this in 25 days it has been 50 years in the making . I am hanging in there , this site is helping me so much . I hope i can at some point help others
