The yetzer harah sure knows how to get us. One slip-up gets us all down and to make ourselves "feel better", it becomes two and then three and then more. Before we know it, we feel like we're drowning in the garbage, can't believe we could ever get out of it and throw in the towel until the next bit of inspiration strikes.

Lesson: If you fall, turn it into a positive by learning from it. How did you come to fall? How can you prevent it from happening again in the future?

And then get back up and continue being clean!
