A. TZ fell, well not in the conventional sense; i.e. m@stur..... But I did catch myself indulging in a full blown fantasy, something I was surprised to catch myself doing, it's been a while since I did it last. So although I'm not resetting my count [count shmount, what's that?] I need to do some inner searching, and start keeping away from triggers [Chana Feigel for instance…]

B. So I spent Shabbos at an Israeli town somewhere near Afulah. Shabbos wasn't majorly special, I mean, of course Shabbos is special [anyone ever tried Kabbalat Shabbat in a field in Israel surrounded by mountains under a slowly darkening ultimately starry sky, ahhhhhhhhh.] but not remarkable. Motzaei Shabbat, I'm ready to return immediately after Havdalah, in order to be back in Jerusalem for Melava Malka with friends, something I'm looking forward to since my return to Israel this week. And BOOM, plans dashed! Something came up [related to a certain young lady whom I named Chana Feigel in the previous paragraph, a certain old lady who is mentally ill, and a certain renowned Rabbi who shall not be named- I know it sounds exciting, it wasn't.] I got held up or two hours, and then waited for a bus for close to an hour, I'm going to be tired tomorrow etc. etc. etc.
But you know what, I'm happy that it happened. In the course of the incident with the mentally ill woman I got to witness remarkable selfless Chessed by four Yidden. And on my wait for the bus I composed two songs on the words Hashem Echad Ushmo Echad… Gut Voch!

C. And now for a short vort: "Tashev enosh ad dako, vatomer shuvu bnei adam."
Tehillos Maharitz explains "Tashev enosh ad dako"- ad dichducha shel nefesh- he says this means that when one does teshuva he must go straight to the root of the problem, in our case, I think the passuk continues very well- the root- vatomer shuvu bnei adam- return to "People", get into realville, ubber shoin!

You know, the thing that I said in my last update Pargraph A that it didn't happen... well yesterday it did, so if I would have a shmount I mean a count, I would have to restart it L'chol HaDeios.
The funny thing is that today, I'm doing so well, I was in Yeshiva from 9am to 1pm Hocking Shticker!
I get thrown a drop off-course, wake up a bit late, convince myself that O' Havruta isn't waiting for me, and I go berserk! Not good. Not normal. Addicted person...
