Back on Track	hmm. a little rough last couple of days. i did wind up seeing something that i should not hve yesterday and a lttle this morning. need to mechazek myself not to go looking for things that serve no purpose in my life......

Back on Track	Bh still sober (according to the SA definition) but I did view p* today. I am going to strengthen my filter settings tomorrow back to whitelist mode. I can't handle a/t else.

Ps- yesterday was also not too good as far as looking at p*. I spent a decent amnt of time surfing that stuff.

To add to UAJ's cment above: its rare that I see people in p* movies smiling and I don't think I have ever smiled personally when looking at it... Usually I smile when s/t makes me happy. P* doesn't make me happy... It anestithizes me from life in a world of fantasy. One little feeling of joy looking at my kids fills me up w/ happiness and puts a smile on my face more that endless amnts of this bad stuff.

It would be a double-hitter for me if someone was sincerely enjoing themselves, but I think I only saw it once. It's not meant for joy, to be sure. How right is Zemmy to refer you to your kids for joy in life. :D
