Attorney Abraham Azrielant, specializing in divorce laws, found that one of the side affects associated with World Cup soccer games is damage to marriage stability, especially in families where the husband is a “World Cup Fanatic".


According to a survey conducted by his law firm between July and August 2006, after the previous tournament, referrals to divorce attorneys increased by dozens of percentage points. Azrielant said the study found that the opening of divorce proceedings, mostly by the wife, increased by 55% after the World Cup.

wow, thats scary about divorce, but i can see how its true, around footballl season especialy some games everyone gets so carried awy, sometime in rare rough games full blown fights with loads of people break out, when i went to ny i was so suprosed when i went to see the kncls that the fans sat togeteher, in england they need to be seperated from different teams at different ends of the pitvch!
