Maybe this is only an issue for me,but walking to/from my car with my Tallis/Tefillin bag in hand at a time that most people in the world are waay past that is highly embarrassing. I think I would call it "The walk of shame" for frum men.

Think about how good you'll feel if you say no to desire and compare that to how bad you'll feel if you say yes.

Desire is unique in the way that it is never fulfilled -  if you give in the desire comes back even more powerful in just a few days. Telling yourself that its ok because this is really the last time doesn't work because you are just adding new images to your head that will cause future falls.

The Joy of triumph over the yetzer hara is worth the effort it takes to win. It IS worth it! Keep fighting!

Speaking of "walk of shame," having a loose stomach on Yom Kippur while sitting on the mizrach vont. Absolute humiliation and constant embarrassment as one must leave the shul every 5 minutes....  : (

This is particularly embarrassing...
Calling or emailing your filter company about a loophole they should close up. Hoping and praying they think you just happened to discover it rather than realizing you searched for this and spent too much time on there... You also hope they don't realize exactly how bad the content was... Oish!

Do you ever see a guy come out of the supermarket and kind of aimlessly walk through the parking lot? Eventually he hits the panic button and his car starts beeping. He smiles and starts walking towards his car.
Yup that was me!
This happens to me all the time. I never remember where I parked.

Reading english words but not recognizing them because thinking they are a transliterated word in hebrew. For example seeing China and thinking "what the heck is חינה"

Best laughs I have in a while. 

Can't add much except never remembering anyone's name or face. I'm at the point where I give everyone a hearty hello just to not insult them. It's delicate though. You've got to learn how to do it with enough heartiness not to offend the guy but not overly confident, or you'll look silly. It takes a lot of talent to get it right

This happens to me all the time...
Wife checking the kids diapers cuz it smells...
Then realizes that the diapers are clean and it was you...
