Hi there!
Kevin here again...
just to let you guys know that i am still alive, kicking & that i am B"H stronger now. i had a very minor fall (yup, i reported it in the 90 days chart) but BH in general things are doing much better.
The forum helped me tons.
i am mature enough to know that the Y"H is always there, and in certain respect you are always in his sights, but i do feel that as of now something very inner did change inside of me, something that was'nt there before GYE.
GYE you rock!!!!!
ALSO- we are moving to Eretz Yisroel soon IY"H!! Bye, bye Europe! It's a "scary" move, but I do feel it is the right one, for more than one reason.
(PS did anybody here ever say that I am too secretive? )

It is said about one of the great tzadikim who made aliyah (maybe the Vitebsker), and as soon as he gets off the boat, whom does he meet but the YH. "I thought I left you in Chutz La'aretz!", said the tzadik. "Oh", replied the YH, "that was only one of my emissaries. Here in EY is my headquarters, where I myself am in charge."

hi guys,
i was expecting this, and i thank you for your good replies ...
i am NOT moving to Israel in order to get out of my problems at all. Really. The many reasons for the move have NOTHING to do with my (B"H dormant/ improved) issue with internet.
in fact, i knwo people who made aliyah who thought it would improve their marriage life, yidishkeit etc and boy, were they wrong! it only got worse sometimes.
i just mentioned it here, because i see many of you here as my friends (yes, in spite of the fake names), so it was a nice thing to share, that's all!
may we all move in the right direction (be it Israel, LA, Paris, Tokyo--- just away from tumah!)

And besides, many of our friends live in Israel (with real names!)
I don't, but I'm planning to when I get married, IY"H.

I moved to a different country in my life, and I know many immigrants.
We are all crying and freaking out the first year or two, but I don't know many who ever looked back past that time.
Hatzlocho rabbo, stick it out and it, too, shall pass.

Baby steps.
If the road is pulling you down, it's a sign that you are going uphill, so just press harder on the gas!

Have a great day - unless, of course, you made other plans.

it's as Mottel wrote.
My Wife's from a different country (uhoh! now you know who i am) and moved to where I grew up. it took about 2 years to get used to being away from her family and friends. but she got used to it as is b'h thriving.

IY'H it will turn out to be the right move!

That depends on what you are looking for in Eretz HaKodesh. If you do it because it's the in thing (not that I think you are), there won't be enough motivating you to stick out the difficulties (one of three things only koneh with difficulties!!). But if your motivation is for the right reasons, you'll be fine.

Hatzlacha!
Meir
P.S. I want to move there too... Hasn't happened yet. IY"H

thank you all for the chizuk!!

Meir, your words are very true-
whenever i think of the reason for the move (being in a better s'viva ruch'nis) it gives me koach to overcome the many difficulties.
