Rare Species Captured Alive

Fordwood, KY. After spending the past 12 years in pursuit of this elusive species, Prof. Harry Sun has finally seen his efforts pay off. Setting bait in traps and staking out the lairs of this rare creature during the freezing winter months were quite an ordeal. Prof. Sun says his sole means of keeping warm was imbibing a specially brewed liquid made by Labrot & Graham.

There were many false alarms over the years. Possums, yaks, skunks, and an occasional bardlobe have tripped the trap and sent the Professor scurrying off on his off-road monster truck. This week, after a particularly hard day in the wilds chasing some Novardikkers intent on singing off-tune ballads to lure the creature to the bait and inadvertently sending it fleeing for quieter pastures, Prof. Sun says it finally happened.

The urgent blaring of his monitor jolted him out of his sleep. He groggily reached for his flask and a teller chewlent, packed his favorite CD and was off to the mountains. Careening through thickets and narrowly missing falling into the raging River Kot he finally arrived at his trap and was able to lay eyes upon the creature. Wiping back a tear, Prof. Sun tells of his seeing it for the first time "I felt that all the years of effort were coming to bear this very moment. Dreams do come true!"

Seen for the first time is the genus Geshtaltzimus Fleeginus, native to the backwoods of Kentucky, Bosnia and selected parts of Williamsburg, it is reputed to enjoy feeding on leftover kokosh and broinfin.

In some places they test for toxic yold and if you have it they need to evacuate you from your house and spray it down with yak milk. Then it all turns to green geshtalfleegen and kind of oozes to the ground before disintegrating.
