I don't know why,
      You think it's funny,
My poem's not sour,
      It's sweet as honey!
I'm not a doctor,
      Or a nurse,
I just enjoy,
      To write in verse
You speak of whiskers,
      And cats with hats,
And Sefira beards
    What's up with that?
It's Pesach time,
    We are free again,
We now belong,
    Just to Hashem!
He took us out,
    From Egypt then,
We were just slaves,
    He made us men.
Throughout the years,
    We've wandered so,
Been knocked around,
    Both to and fro.
But through it all,
    He's always been there,
To take care of us,
    With loving care.
To help us through
    The rough and tough
To thank Him properly,
    We can't do enough
But it's not just,
    From slaves to free,
That Hashem takes care,
    Of you and me.
Whatever your
    struggle may be,
All you need do,
    Is make a plea.
He'll pick you up,
    He'll help you out,
And that's what Pesach's,
    All about.
So in our struggle,
    With __orn and lust
Let's have in mind
    Even as we dust,
That we are slaves now
    To these things,
And we need Hashem,
    To cut those strings,
That tie us to,
    Our destructive ways,
Let's beg Hashem,
    Our souls to save.
So I'll pray for you,
    And you please for me,
And finally,
    We'll all be free!!!

Chag Kasher Vesameach!!!
Reb Seuss

I am special

I must succeed.

Hashem needs me.

So I won't run or go and hide, 8)

Cops and firefighters are searching for clues about what caused a man to burst into flames while watching porn in a private booth at a San Francisco sex shop.

Crew members from a private ambulance parked near the sex shop in the city's South of Market neighborhood spotted the porn junkie running down the street while on fire just after 6 p.m. Wednesday, a fire department spokesman told the Daily News.

Police Lt. Kevin McNaughton told CBS San Francisco that the man had run out of the shop "engulfed in flames" and police officers and firefighters near the scene arrived quickly and helped put the man out.

The man, who wasn't identified, was taken to a hospital, where he was being treated for life-threatening burns over 90% of his body, the fire spokesman said.

An employee told police the man was watching a movie in the back of the store when he ran out screaming and on fire, KTVU television reported.

Investigators said they didn't know how the man caught fire and were searching the booth for flammable materials or other accelerants.

For those who haven't yet realized, Me3 is quoting a real news story.

Needless to say, there's a great deal of Mussar to be taken from this story!
Just as an alcoholic needs to avoid that first sip, a lust addict needs to avoid that first slip.Slip today? No way! ;)Fall today? No way, Jose'!

I hope they asked for the schmutz to be turned off before searching the booth! :

The RBS"O is sending us all a clear message: eventually, this kind of behavior catches up with us in one way or another, and it will cost us bigtime!  Let's not let this Shlimazel's suffering be in vain.

Many lust addicts suffer from an overdose of "Me" when it's all about me, my happiness my pleasure, my satisfaction (my3?) then nothing else matters. Where does this lead? Todays news:

Against all odds, a newborn baby boy survived being thrown down a Brooklyn housing project trash compactor Sunday.

The infant was rushed to nearby Brooklyn Hospital, where he was in stable condition, officials said.

Police said the building's superintendent called police after hearing the baby's cries from inside a plastic trash bag attached to the compactor chute about 9:20 a.m. in the Fort Greene Houses.

The baby landed in the attached trash bag, which may have helped break its fall. The child appeared to be about 12 hours old and still had its umbilical cord attached, the source said.

Laquasia Wright, who lives on the eighth floor of the Walt Whitman Houses in Fort Greene, was charged with attempted murder and endangering the welfare of a child. Investigators suspect the baby was tossed from the eighth floor of the building.

Neighbors stood outside the building, shocked by the news.

"That's just sad and pitiful. They need to burn in hell, that's what they need to do," said resident Tisha Holmes, 26.

AGREED!!!

PRICELESS.

It's hard to feel bad for someone whose doomsday predictions caused so much anxiety, but 89-year-old Harold Camping's recent admission that he's "flabbergasted" the world didn't end last weekend sounds somewhat pitiful.

"It has been a really tough weekend," Camping said Sunday, after emerging from his Alameda, California home for the first time to talk to a reporter from the San Francisco Chronicle. "I'm looking for answers...But now I have nothing else to say," he said, adding that he would make a fuller statement today.

Camping's PR aide, Tom Evans, told the LA Times that the group is "disappointed" that 200,000 true believers weren't lifted up to heaven on Saturday while everyone else suffered and eventually died as a series of earthquakes and famine destroyed the Earth. "You can imagine we're pretty disappointed, but the word of God is still true," Evans said. "We obviously went too far, and that's something we need to learn from." The group posted 2,000 billboards around the country warning of the Rapture, while Camping--an uncertified fundamentalist minister--spread the word on his radio show.

Camping's Family Radio, which airs on 66 U.S. stations, has apparently rebranded itself quickly. Business Insider notes that the station's web site has scrubbed all mentions of the Judgment Day. The site previously featured a countdown clock to the May 21 Rapture on its homepage.

But the false prediction might not be so easily effaced from the lives of Camping's followers. The LATimes writes that Keith Bauer, a 38-year-old tractor trailer driver, took a road trip with his family to see the world's sights before it ended.

"With maxed-out credit cards and a growing mountain of bills, he said, the rapture would have been a relief," the paper writes.

But Bauer is not angry at Camping for his false prediction. "Worst-case scenario for me, I got to see the country," he told the paper. "If I should be angry at anybody, it should be me."

Robert Fitzpatrick, who spent $140,000 of his life savings to advertise the Rapture in New York, said he was dumbfounded when life went on as usual Saturday.

"I do not understand why ...," he told Reuters while awaiting the event in Times Square. "I do not understand why nothing has happened."
