I think there is a need for GYE to have a rabbi who we can reach out to anonymously about halichic guidance. 
I see from the various threads there are many halichic issues that random people are answering.
Obviously people here have questions they are not comfortable asking a rabbi who will know who they are. 
Therefore I think there should be a section manned by a competent Halachic Rabbi who knows theese areas. Where one can send in question anonymously. 
ideally there  should at least be a Haskama from a world recognized posek that the one who is answering theese questions knows what he’s talking about

There are many Halacha Hotlines that you can call with any Halacha questions you may want to ask anonymously. The Rabbanim won’t ask you for your name, and they will tell you theirs. 
You can share the specific details of your situation, and receive a psak. 
If it is Halacha you seek, you can find your answers easily in those places. 

This is not what GYE forums are for. If you stick around, you may discover that you have a lot to learn from the good folks here. About life. About growth. About change. About challenges, lust and relationships.

This is a good place. Use it respectfully and with the proper intent and you’ll likely be glad you did. 
And so will we.

Part of the issue on an anonymous forum is there anyone can make up what they are what their credentials are. 
suggesting that GYE should have someone that is vetted as a proper rabbi, so that people who neen can PM

Sure. Call Kav HaHalacha.
Or better -  call a Choshuva Rav of your choosing anonymously. Many Rabbanim deal compassionately with people who struggle with all kinds of issues. I don't know which community you are from, but with a little research you can easily find out who is a good candidate. The call may not be easy, but you'll get far more out of it than what you're trying to get here.

The admins here may be able to point you in a good direction, perhaps.

In the past the administrators sent many of the shailos to Rav Morgenstern.  I personally have found that most of the respected family rabbonim in the larger kehillos have been asked these interesting shailos and are familiar with these complicated issues.
