It's an interesting idea. I wonder if it's problematic that the provided audio recording uses a female voice.

U right its an interesting shayla we should ask a rav- but u can avoid the issue completely  they give u a script which you can record your own voice doing it, some people say it works better that way.

I wasn't thinking about it from a halachic perspective, but rather from a practical viewpoint, as it might be "triggering" to some people.

As an alternative to recording your own voice, you could download the .mp3 (the link is available in the page source), and use an audio application such as Audacity to lower the pitch so that it sounds like a male voice.
