In my quest for taharah, I stumbled across this website with a recording which uses hypnosis to rewire your brain from desiring porn. It has helped to me more than anything else has in my long struggle. I really want everyone who is not in a good place to try it out- I have never felt so good.

As an alternative to recording your own voice, you could download the .mp3 (the link is available in the page source), and use an audio application such as Audacity to lower the pitch so that it sounds like a male voice.
