One thing that worked for me for quite a while now is just thinking to urself that if u do lust u wont be מצליח in certain things ur trying to succeed for example if u have a certain job that takes extra ס"ד or ur looking for a shidduch and everything in life that needs help from above. And in the opposite way think of how to prevent losing things u already have as it is known that every time u do lust u create kids of the soton and they request things that had to be sent to u as if they are a blockage for things that gets sent from above to u. A big segula to get rid of those sotons kids is saying krias shema al hamitta with kavono.

Hello and Welcome

Just to not disappoint you, we don't dictate Hashem how to run his world, some people have worked very hard on not lusting, and still have hardships in their life for whatever reason "Hashem" has decided so, we work on our YH for we have to that's what he wants from us we don't expect anything in return.

So even if God forbid things don't go the way we want or think is good for us, we have no right to fall and give in to the YH, we have to continue and beg for clarity.

מתוך שלא לשמה בא לשמה. Im just trying to help people with ideas that helped me and im sure the רבונו של עולם will appreciate whatever way it is done even if its not done with all the right כוונות to stop lusting.
