As hashgacha would have it just after my wife found out about my problem, a friend recomended a sefer to me out of the blue. It's called Esa Einay. A lot of the stuff that I have read here, I saw in this sefer first. It is a very positive sefer with good eitzos.

Someone in Passaic wrote it. I am including an image of the front cover and inside page.

I found a lot of stuff on this site that I had seen in this sefer. I just thought some ppl might like a hebrew sefer that deals with this stuff. One of the pages I scanned has the phone number of the author (i assume). I never called it, but it's there is someone wants it.
