for my mind to stay clean out of all this nesecities  (movies etc) I got to stay connected to hashem fully, cause if I am just doing a bit, meaning: I don’t watch at woman but I speak lashom hara, it means im not really his slave, meaning, im not really careful about what he wants from me or not, so what happens is; that the second I get my lust attack I just go for it, be cause he aint really my boss….

But if i decide im his slave and I don’t even speack lashon hara, well for a few reasons the lust attack is not gonna overcome me, 1) im not even really supposed to get a lust attack cause I am  in constant been busy meaning my head is or davening or learning or reading, but never just circuling around 2) and in case I did got a lust attack (cause I am a addict or cause I am human) I still have more power than usual cause I am his slave and I don’t do things he dosnt let.

Your actions are a further symptom of those shown in your davening.  Why do I say this?  Well:
Davening is a connection with Hashem.  If you are not connecting properly, you lose that feeling of wellbeing - that glowing, like scratching an itch.  If you are connected with Hashem, then you could not possibly be acting out in the way that you do.  Seriously - the connection must be faulty for you to act out, so you can't blame the faulty connection  on the acting out.

I think, and I could be wrong, that the problem lies with the connection.  The actions are a consequence of the broken connection, as is the davening, and also the horrible emptiness in you - the one that brought you to GYE, the one you find it difficult to admit to yourself.  The emptiness you feel for life, the one I can hear like a roaring waterfall into nothingness.  The one you can deny until you are blue in the face, but I feel is there anyway, and you will not persuade me is not.  Pornography, masturbation and movies are just one more symptom, and are not the cause of the emptiness in your davening and learning.
