one of the things that make me depressed already now is: that my rosh hashono prayers are so difficult cause i say to hashem openly "hashem im sorry, but ill be better this year in evrething  besides in porn, cause u know that it is a lie if ill say diffrently"
this is very hard for me i miss the years when rosh hashana i use to feel that i managed to ask forgivness for everething.....

so i think that speaking about it helps me know my enemy MY enemy, thats why i prefer to speack about my point of view with the problem more then to read others, because there is many many angles in this porn problem, so i drive it to what intrestes ME. (thats what im doing now thanks to u   )
but for sure i read others 2, im intrested to know how others feel about this, how others fought it etc.

a friend of mine on the forum here told me a very true idea
porn is not the problem, we use porn as a bad solution for our problems

sometimes..... the porn to us addults its like a loly to a child to calme him down
