Hey mister happy go lucky, I am awed by how clear u have this guilty feeling in ur head, but that's only good if u r not getting stuck there, just get up and start working away, sounds like u know what ur duty is now, just ask hashem to give u the strength needed, and he will give it to u, as soon as u make the 1st move.
