Hashem has always been extremely kind to me. I am a heimisha Yingerman in his early 30th. I am happily married over 10 years to my wonderful and beautiful wife and have got a couple of healthy sweet kids, and we have a very good relationship. I have got a good business B"H.
I grew up in a warm loving healthy family. I had a good childhood and teen years (no abuse, etc.) and received a lot of attention and compliments.
About 9 years ago, after occasionally using the Internet at a friend’s office, I realized the problem the internet can be. Soon i got my own office for my business which of course was not helping.
Until i finally found GYE. I looked through part of the handbook and the attitude book and read a lot of posts on the Forum. I also subscribe to the daily emails.
The best thing actually for me was the ThPhSiC thing. It helped me so far more then anything else. Of course it has to be in conjunction with all the other tools provided. I will be joining the 90 days chart soon b"n b"H
