I have been on this Forum for a year and 2 days, from 13th Elul 5770. I have 362 cumulative days on the chart and I have never been clean for 172 consecutive days ever.

I went to Bnei Braq today to see a man, not to look at the women. I can just look at the ground.

I do guard my eyes. :D I am guarding my eyes. ;D I am looking at the ground. :D I love to guard my eyes. ;D ;D Wow! Look at the legs of that girl in the mini-skirt!! Ribono Shel Olam I am powerless over lust. Only You can help me. Hashem, help me find in you the excitement I would want to find in that girl's legs. She passed, back to looking at the ground. I'm OK.

It is a slow process, indeed. And it is worth it.....or we can always go back to the trash any time we want.
