This is the second time in my life that I have gone 100 days without masturbating. The first time was before I came to GYE when I read a sefer, והאר עינינו by Rabbi Yosef Goldschmit of Kiryat Sefer. The main point of his sefer is based on something that Rav Chaim Friedlander zatzal wrote which I am about to post in the Beis Medrash, bezras Hashem.

There are 2 new posts from והאר עינינו in the Bais Medrash


A group of bochurim in Gateshead Yeshiva got so much תועלת from the sefer that they divided it up into 30 parts so they could learn it every month. The mechaber now prints it according to their system.

Any idea where I can find this Sefer? Does anyone sell it online?

if you'd like to commiserate about debts we have alot in common
but I must tell you that its much better to deal with the debts without having to deal with the guilt that the masturbating is causing the debts.
