I led the SA meeting again today. We read a triggering piece of an SA book about being lusted after which I could not relate to and then a piece about being disconnected from other people which I very much identified with.

46 days clean, but one cannot get complacent. One day at a time because we don't know what each day is going to bring. I had a very stressful Shabbos and Sunday; yesterday and today were good, Boruch Hashem but tomorrow is a closed book so far.

Oh, stop counting, you fruitcake. He's obviously carrying you. What difference does it make to Him how many days He has been carrying you for? He won't get tired - ever! He loves you! It's easy for Him. Besides, He is here forever! It's not even a blip for Him and 45 days is just as much as the next 27, 000 days to Him.

You are doing fine today and that's incredible enough.
