After having seen the link to recoverynation.com in one of the recent chizuk e-mails, I have decided that  I would like to begin the workshops they provide. But rather than posting on their forum, I would prefer to post on our forum, where I think I might be better understood and better helped.

From what I have seen from the website recoverynation.com , it is most helpful. I am currently hoping to make my way through the excersices mentioned on this link: www.recoverynation.com/recovery/recovery_workshop.htm .
