Hey everyone,

I’ve been dealing with the difficulties of P&M for over 20 years. This is definitely not who I am, yet my Yetzer Hara seems to catch me far too often.Lately, I've been able to go anywhere from several days to even up to 3 weeks without any engagement. However, it is still a big problem for me, one that I so very much want to be rid of asap. It still comes back to bite me far too often.

As such, I joined this website with hopes to become free of this nasty burden.

Any pointers/chizuk would be much appreciated.

welcome to the forums. fighting this for over 20 years is very choshuv. i am sure you will find lots of helpful advice here. Some of my basic recommendations are signing up for Vayimaen and reading a book such as The Battle of the Generation every day. Posting regularly here will also help as you become part of a chevra who are here to support each other.
