hi evyone, i am a chasideshe yingermann who is strughling with this a very long time, p and m, sice i was a buchor and somene showed my a not aidelh thing in camp. i am very chasidish with krazldeigh payiss and a ripps friday night an go to mikve two timmes daley but it didnt help this terribels struhgle. but most of all is i have a few fetishes i cant say evrting here for mor detles pm pls but espeshily frum is very hard, i can stay frozen and stare and almost drool at frum women like in bingo or evergreen once my wife even had to give me a noodge in my side to wak me up from stareing and drroling. so nothing i tryed helped not even my rebbeh who said its nothing just get marryed it will go away. so please anybudy with some ideas looking forward to grow thanks verry much

Now that I am somewhat (not totally and certainly not forever) out of the dungeons, its a good time to reiterate to always call a friend when your feeling down. Even when you think its more fun to ignore everyone's calls, the truth is that just keeps the cycle of negativity going.

I just had a conference call with two wonderful friends ,(y'all know who you are) and while the censor had to beep out almost all of the conversation, so I don't know what was said- ( Pretty sure I heard someone encouraging me to jump off the Astronomy tower without my broom) It is unbelievably heart warming to have friends to fall back on when the stress level gets to damn high

You could not have possibly written a finale that resonated with me more than the above point.

I've been in that dungeon (or maybe a different one) for many months now, and can totally relate to the sentiments that you expressed, but Lma'ase, there is nothing like keeping in touch with people. Even when it's much more enjoyable to wallow in misery alone.

P.S I'm not impressed by your volunteer work with Techloq. I've actually sent them emails in the past about issues with their filter (under the guise of a Rebbi who advises many Talmidim and has 3rd party experts try to get around filters...), but never received a response.

Hi, I'm new to GYE. My username is azivashacheit101, I've seen some of your posts and it's been really really helpful. The fact that you use humor just makes me feel so normal and ok to be fighting what is normally a dark and gloomy battle. The line in your signature about sending you an owl, howler or crumple horned snorkack almost made me laugh out loud and really made my day. My whole perspective on this fight has been much more light and positive since seeing your posts. Thank you so much for teaching me that when the Bogart emerges from the closet in the form of an urge for P, M, and some heavy dark depression all I have to do is raise my wand and yell riddikulus!
