By praying for her that she have a pleasant day, etc. your brain stops objectifying her.

All kidding aside, perhaps you are better off not sharing the specifics (including, albeit disappointingly, tightsology) as we all have enough of our own fantasies and are here to get help dealing with it, not indulging in them…
