Hi everyone! this is my first post. 

I recently signed on to GYE, as I felt a clear downward spiral and wanted to get help to stop it. B''h, I have been doing well for close to 50 days now, and really would love to be in contact (anonymously, via email) with somebody in a similar situation to help me with accountability, chizuk, empathy, etc. I tried the partner section, but none of my requests were answered. 

I really hope to get to 90 days! I've had a lot of chizuk reading the forums, but ultimately feel that direct contact will be of utmost help. 

I am 35, and married with children. I seek to exchange chizuk, accountability and empathy and hopefully crawl out of this mess. Specific details of my situation are something I'll be happy to share via pm or email. I love to listen as well, and hope to have an open and honest conversation with the right person!

You have certainly come to the right place. I also recently joined and I have found the resources and people here to be extremely helpful. Speaking to people has helped decrease my feeling of shame and has helped me gain the confidence and skills to finally be on the path to breaking free!
